Hospitality Support Services NZ (HSS) is a Support Services and Training company based in the Bay Of Plenty region supporting all aspects of the Hospitality sector. We believe that the Hospitality Industry is in need of support ranging from training needs through to guidance in other aspects of the industry.

Our services range from training such as Barista Training, customer service, presentation and food safety, through to guidance such as food wastage assessments, process efficiency, front of house layout and other parts of the business.

Active Business Support Service

Active Business Support Services Ltd (Active BSS) is the business support division of the company which deals more with the heart of a Business, supplying support services such as employment contracts, Human resource needs, efficiencies, quality issues, strategies or mentoring and guidance.

The two business components together create a strong company support service for the Hospitality Sector.
Our team are very experienced, having worked in a range of Hospitality areas and have been trained with various skills which give the company a strong team.
