It’s back!
You no longer have to put up with poor imitations of Delilicious Red Wine Vinaigrette. Due to popular demand the original dressing is back.
Debbie Wilson created the Delilicious Red Wine Vinaigrette from an old recipe of her mothers. When she started using it in her cafe The Platter Place it was so popular and Debbie received so many requests for the recipe, she started bottling. This gorgeous vinaigrette flew off the shelf and very quickly the range expanded and was available in stores across the country. Delilicious was born.
Times change and people move on. The Platter Place is no longer and over the years the dressings, sauces and chutneys Debbie created were outsourced. One thing remained constant, the demand for the Delilicious Red Wine Vinaigrette. So Debbie’s daughter Hayley has decided to re-launch this iconic dressing. The very first recipe was dug up and now the Delilicious Red Wine Vinaigrette is back better than ever. No additives or preservatives used by mass production! Made in small batched from quality ingredients, Delilicious Red Wine Vinaigrette is beautiful over leafy green salads, sensational with strawberries and asparagus and the perfect dressing to lift that bean salad to the next realm.

The original Delilicious Red Wine Vinaigrette is now exclusively available at the Country Providore on Newels Rd. It will also be available at the Feast Waikato and the Royal A&P Show in October.
In development for Christmas we are teaming up with Sweetree Honey to produce a beautiful Honey Mustard. This will be fabulous on ham, or to marinade chicken in before grilling, as well as on sandwiches or tossed through roast vegetables.
