The Fieldays are over for another year. This massive, 4 day annual event at Mystery Creek, in Hamilton sees nearly 120 000 people come through the gates. So whose job is it to feed all these people? Kerr and Ladbrook are one of the dedicated caterers onsite, serving up 4000 breakfasts this year. Here are some great photos from the Kerr and Ladbrook team which will give you a bit of an insight into what goes into cooking for all those hungry farmers.
This is only 60kgs of mushrooms. They cooked a total of 150kg over the four days! I hate to think how much bacon and eggs that was.
