Taste of NZ Opening Night
Last night Karen & I were very lucky to have VIP tickets to the opening of Taste of New Zealand, which is on for the next three days in Auckland. Victoria Park has been transformed into a vibrant village of of over 140 artisan food producers, wineries, pop-up bars, and top restaurants from around the country serving their stunning signature dishes. Added to this there are some amazing names in the culinary world, homegrown and international. Gary Rhodes, Rick Stein, Annabel Langbein, Josh Emett, Simon Gault…. the list goes on!
It was a fabulous night and I encourage you to head along and check it out. Bring an appetite and take a taxi, as there are some gorgeous dishes available and a million wines to sample.
